Local govt group to discuss highway inquest process
KARACHI: As an official representative of an official organisation, I am aware of the need to review the process of highway fatalities that have been observed in recent times and the need to set a framework on how these cases should be handled and adjudicated as soon as possible. A road safety committee should be established for investigation of such accidents as well as appropriate steps taken by the responsible Government to reduce the number of such accidents.
The Road Safety Committee of Pakistan (RSCP) chaired by Inspector General of Police (IGP) Sindh Zafar Abbas-Dhokhar was constituted on Monday at the구리출장안마 request of Karachi’s Transport Ministry to review the police’s handling of such incidents.
The committee is expected to consider the recommendations of the Special Investigation Team established by the authorities of the city including its recommendations on procedures to control the increase in traffic accidents, increase of road safety. It will consider the안산안마 recommendations from the Committee on the Safety and Justice (CKSJ) and report its recommendations before the Ministry.
This means that no matter how high the speed, no matter how many vehicles are involved in the accident, no matter the reason behind such an accident, the responsible government should ensure that every person killed or injured is taken to the local government hospital.
As for the inquest process, its primary objective will be to provide the families of the deceased with the opportunity to have their stories heard. The report of the investigation team should be sent to the Government of Pakistan immediately on their request.
The committee’s recommendations will be available for a period of six months after which the family will receive a report in the matter before it.

Police should also be cognizant of the fact that these cases are quite common, as no deaths or injuries have been reported to their 시흥안마officials.
The process of conducting a road accident on the road itself is very different from traffic deaths and injuries that take place after hitting another vehicle, but thi
